Overtime, they become a primary member of the family. They are there for us every step of the way and its only fair that they are given the same honourable and dignified farewell that our other family would receive.
Meet Tim
As a multi-generational family owned & operated business, it’s only natural that the younger generation were aware of the businesses products and services as well as the level of dignity and care brought by the family to the business.
From watching his parents grow the business into the well-known national brand it has become after starting in only a small commercial unit, Tim knew that the business needed to remain family operated in order to provide the caring, personalised and meaningful service that we pride ourselves on.
Tim himself is involved in the operation of crematoriums, memorial gardens and pet cremation as well as funeral services and support.
Now, happily married with two beautiful children, Tim runs the business with his beautiful Wife Gina and the rest of their experienced team.
Meet Jane
Jane Levin is often the first point of contact when phoning or visiting Pethaven.
Her friendly and inviting nature has eased the burden for many families who are making the difficult decision of choosing memorialisation for their beloved pet.
Jane will offer guidance and support in your decision making and will be available to answer any of your questions.
Meet Rebecca (Bec)
Rebecca has been involved in the family business since birth, starting full time in the company in April 1996.
Rebecca is predominantly in the accounts department, however enjoys being out in the community assisting our funeral directors.
“I don’t think of myself having a ‘job’, I love going in every day and guiding families through the most difficult time of their lives. The feeling of knowing you have assisted in the healing process is second to none whether it be a loved person or animal”.
Rebecca is married with two children whom already talk of being third generation funeral directors when they grow older.
Meet Libby
As part of the Connolly family, it was a natural progression following school for Libby to be a part of the family business.
Now with close to 20 years’ experience working in all aspects of the business, Libby’s main roll is in administration.
Libby specialises in international repatriations and prides herself on being able to meet any request, and assists client families through the most traumatic time of their lives as gently and smoothly as possible.
Additional Staff
In addition to Tim, Jane, Bec and Libby you will be supported by an experienced, professional and compassionate team that consists of Nathan, Ben and Gina.
