We then place your pet on a conveyor belt and into the incinerator, where it will be exposed to extremely high temperatures for a period of several hours. The body is then removed from the incinerator and placed into a cooling chamber, where it will stay until its temperature reaches ambient temperature (about 68°F). We then transfer the ashes to the permanent urn or keepsake you choose.

No, you don’t have to. Some people choose to wrap them in their favourite blanket for example however you don’t need to.
