We Care for Your Pets

In August 2020 we had to suddenly say goodbye to our dog, Jack. After rushing through a list of seemingly professional Gold Coast pet cremation services with pretty websites, Pet Haven stood out by miles when speaking to them on the phone. Being emotional wrecks, Pet Haven were the most compassionate and understanding on the phone by far. They took care of everything, especially Jane, who worked with the vet to take Jack from them, even proposing to take him a few days later on the Monday to save us the weekend charges, giving us many beautiful urn options and finally getting him back to us later that week. They also took a lock of hair and a paw print, as requested. Jane was very sweet throughout the ordeal, so we’re as happy as one could be at a time like this. Thanks.
